  • Wellspring - $100,000.00
  • West Lincoln Hospital, Grimsby - $50,000.00
  • Greater Niagara (Niagara Falls) - $50,000.00
  • Douglas Memorial Fort Erie - $35,000.00
  • Welland General - $20,000.00
  • Hospice - $15,000.00

Allocation Conditions

  • Applicant must be an incorporated charity in operation for at least 2 years.
  • Applications may apply for grants for:
  • Treatment
  • Education

Capital expenditures with respect to (a) or (b) below
(i) Applications must (a) provide evidence that the applicant is an incorporated charity (b) provide financial statements for the last 2 years
(ii) Describe the project, the budget for the project and the amount of funds requested
(iii) Be submitted on or before May 1 st of each year Following the run each year it will be decided how the funds shall be allocated.
