Participant Registration

All participants must register. The registration fee is $20.00 per individual or $10.00 per student and includes a T-shirt (while supplies last). Please keep in mind the registration fee is waived if you have collected or pledge to collect donations of $100.00 or more.

You can register online or, if you would prefer, you can alternatively download and print out this registration form. (Please note that if you do register online you do not have to fill out a paper registration form.) Here are some key points to consider:

Copy and give the registration/sponsor/donor form to each team member. Every team member must either be registered online OR complete and sign the paper registration form. Please note that there is a family section within the form.

You can easily determine online numbers by logging in and selecting the "Manage Team Members" tool. There you will see a list of the team members and their T-Shirt sizes. Please note that all team members MUST REGISTER either online or offline.

The Team Captain will bring all forms and money to our Pre-Registration event with date and location details to be announced. At that time you can can pick up the run kit for your team members (T-shirt) and drop off donations.

Important!! For online registrations you do not have to use an email address as your User ID (although you can if you wish)! For those who don't have email addresses, such as young children, we recommend that you simply use the participant's first and last name as the User ID (this should avoid the possibility of a duplicate ID already existing in the system). Please note that if you use "John Smith" to register that isn't the same as "JohnSmith" when you go to log back in (because of the missing space character).
